Had so much fun at the Firefly 5k & @lightthenations615 ! Thanks for having us on as a sponsor!
Did it all this morning— ran the 1 mile with Nico&Emilia, ran the 5k myself, and got to cheer on and talk to the runners post race! Then shared some pizza with the kids after the race! Solid fall morning 🍂👍🏃‍♀️

I’m so excited to share that I’m a proud sponsor of the Nations Firefly 5K on October 17th!🏃‍♀️

As someone who loves health, wellness, and being part of the Nashville community, I’m grateful for the opportunity to support an event with other local businesses that brings people together and encourages an active lifestyle.

Health is about more than just insurance, it’s also about making time to move, connect, and enjoy life with the people around us. 💛

I can’t wait to see everyone out there! Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, I hope you’ll join us. ✨

- Road To The Olympic Trials Marathon -
.
.
.
This week I’ll officially be starting my build up to qualify for the 2028 Olympic Trials Marathon. Peaking out at around 135 miles a week(19 miles a day) this’ll easily be the hardest and most I’ve ever run in my career. With several goals written down for the build up: three that immediately come to mind are. 1. Maintain a lot of 5k and 10k pace work in the build which’ll lead to the next goal. 2. Run a FAST Half at @indymonumental preferably around 63 minutes. Once the half is complete I’ll lean into my last big goal. 3. Run the OTQ at the @marathonproj the qualifying time is 2:16(5:11pace). I’ll specifically be training to run a 2:11-2:13 Marathon so around 5:02-5:05 avg per mile this way I have some real estate to play around with toward the end of the race. Bout to be in the trenches, let’s rideee! 📈🪵🪓👊🏼🔩
.
.
.
I’ll be posting weekly updates regarding the trajectory of my training camp, how I’m feeling, and overall mileage. Stay tuned and follow along! Also BIG S/O to @cellutrex will more than likely big averaging 2-3 packs a day to keep the body properly hydrated! SEE FALL SCHEDULE BELOW!⬇️ 👇🏼

-OCT 24th: Nashville Half(5k)
