Here is something we hear all the time from café owners: we bought a #matcha that tasted great on its own, but in our latte it disappears or the other way around. It happens because a matcha that works in a bowl is not always the one that works with milk, and the one that works with milk is not always compatible with another type of drink. It all boils down to the grade of the matcha and how it behaves in the bowl. If you buy matcha, make matcha or serve matcha, you can know exactly what to ask your supplier next time. During my Youth Academy Classes @victoriaarduino_middleeast I realized speciality coffee seems to be not for everyone. It takes morethan just knowing how to make a cup of coffee . you need training , education , curiosity and above all willingness to keep learning coz there’s more to discover. Our Brewing Classes with @ladelostintos you must be able to answer WHY ur using that particular water temperature, why that ratio , why that grind size she will only let you proceed if u can answer those questions for your brew, and luckly we had a class on water the impact of ions in water on coffee was so mind blowing each ion in water could negatively or positively affect the taste of your coffee.
