From scratch, with a little obsession. 🍝✨

Behind the scenes with Chef Nick bringing his pasta creation to life- from fresh pasta to every final detail.

Braised lamb ragù, silky escarole cream, fresh mint, and crispy breadcrumbs… every ingredient has a purpose, and every plate is made with care.

This is the kind of pasta worth slowing down for. 🤍

This post is thee months overdue, but better late than never. Thank you chef Collins and everyone at Fia restaurant who made the last year and a half an unforgettable experience. Thank you to all the chefs who gave me countless opportunities to learn and grow as a cook and a person. Made so many incredible friends and memories that I will not forget-too many amazing people to tag. I miss you all already! On to London! Hopefully the experience is half as rewarding as my time at Fia!

Graduated

Again.

But this time I know what I'm doing.

And finished with school for the foreseeable future.

God time went by fast. Moved to LA, attended culinary school, got my first job (where I now work pasta station), graduated from culinary school, and met some pretty awesome people.
