Link ride + Seattle Aquarium + waterfront exploring = the perfect day of adventuring with my favorite people on this planet.

Kinda unplugged this weekend and didn’t take many pics!

Womanhood is magical✨

a little day trip in North bend where the river meets the forest🐛 traveling in our besties converted van! First stop was to get some Thai food for lunch then we were off to find a spot by the river💖

I try to be naked as much as possible…
Feeling connection to my body and soul is important to me. Being free. Being bare. Being able to be comfortable in my skin. Being okay with all my imperfections even on days when I’m feeling dysportic. It’s been a very hard journey for me to feel this way, and I’m finally excepted and not hyper critical of my body. I still have these days, but I find it easier to break out of these cycles of hating myself and my body. my body takes me to amazing places and able to keep going on adventures with the people I love.

2024 was a great year indeed . so many pictures I can add but I hit the max . To sum it up . Nick and I hosted our first 2 yoga retreats , road trip with pals to our future home state , went on many adventures created core memories with our daughter . Hung out with old friends made some new ones . Certified in Barre , hosted my first Thai and sound healing with my friend kelly . My sister got married , a sweet baby boy added to the family , as well as buying land .

Can’t wait to see what is ahead of 2025 , grateful for everyone in our life .

And poop I can only add 20 people to this post lol
