Let’s talk about the cost of Pilates.

As a studio owner, it’s a conversation I think is worth having.

There’s so much that goes into delivering a Pilates class beyond the 50 minutes you spend in the studio.

The education, the equipment, the ongoing training of our teachers and, of course, the everyday reality of running a business.

When we started Pilates & Co, I knew the kind of experience I wanted to create. Quality teaching, high standards and a welcoming, professional space where people feel part of something.

And those things are still just as important to me today.

I understand Pilates is an investment. And I genuinely appreciate every person who chooses to spend their time and money with us.

For me, it’s always been about creating something that’s worth coming back to.

I’d love to hear your thoughts. What do you value most about your Pilates experience?

The dust has settled, but we’re still on a high! 💗

24 classes. 24 hours. One incredible community.

We’re still taking it all in and reflecting on what we achieved together at Pilates & Co 24.

To everyone who showed up, moved with us, donated and supported this cause in any way — THANK YOU.

To our five absolute legends who completed all 24 classes — Kim Burgess, Chloe Lucre, Fiona Wood, Tracey Butler and Laura Butler — what an extraordinary effort!

To DJ @ig.nitemusik , who kept the energy going on the decks for the entire 24 hours. What a legend!

To the @thetodayshow and @dan_anstey for taking us to the nation 🙌

To our generous sponsors and our incredible Pilates & Co team who donated their time and energy to make it all happen. We couldn’t have done it without you.

And the result? An epic $9,000 + raised for the National Breast Cancer Foundation! 💗

This is one HUGE event to bring together, but the reward is even greater. A reminder of just how powerful movement and community can be when we come together for something big.

Were you part of Pilates & Co 24? Tell us your favourite moment in the comments. We’d love to hear 💕

Mobility deserves a much bigger place in the conversation.

Not just when you’re tight.
Not just when something hurts.
Not just at the end of a workout.
