This weekend, our team had the privilege of spending two days with Pilates icon Tracey Mallett—challenging our thinking, refining our coaching and diving deeper into the details that make great movement even better.

A heartfelt thank you to Tracey for so generously sharing her knowledge, experience and passion with our team. Weekends like this are a reflection of our commitment to investing in our instructors, so they can continue to deliver the very best experience for our members.

Every workshop, every conversation and every lesson becomes part of the experience you have in our studios.

What a way to kick off an unforgettable weekend. 🙏

Back in January, we met Tracey Mallet in LA and knew we had to bring her to Australia to share her incredible energy, knowledge and signature sass with our Pilates & Co community and team.

Last night did not disappoint.

A Mat class that honoured the classical foundations of Pilates, sprinkled with plenty of Tracey’s signature spice, followed by an honest and inspiring conversation with Roz.

A huge thank you to our friends at @letsgraze.cart for the beautiful post-class grazing table, our generous goodie bag partners, and most importantly, every one of you who came along to move with Tracey.

She left us with one simple reminder that perfectly sums up why we do what we do:

A morning that felt truly special 🤍

The sun was shining, the mums and their bubs showed up to move, connect and support one another — and honestly, it was even more beautiful than we could have imagined.

A morning filled with movement, community, fresh air, cuddles, conversations and so much heart.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in supporting our beautiful member Tracey Tyley, and The Motherhood Village, helping raise awareness and support for maternal mental health. Thank you 🙏

This is what investing in our community and team looks like 🤍

Roz & Sal recently headed to LA for the Pilates Journal Expo — immersing themselves in global conversations, new programming ideas and the future of Pilates.

They explored 20+ studios and fitness concepts, learning from international leaders.

And yesterday?
They brought it straight back to our team.

Our instructors moved through reformer blocks inspired by @traceymallett and @andreaspeir Showing what’s leading worldwide — refining, learning, evolving.

Because this community deserves more than a reformer class.
You deserve growth. Energy. Intention. Excellence.

We’re so proud of this team — and so grateful for the community we get to do it for. 🤍
