SUN SALUTATIONS!

Yesterday at my “Grand Risings” Sound Healing Session, for my Intro To Yoga Segment we did Sun Salutations which means A Salute To The Sun. This is my favorite way to start each day. Along with some breath work like what we did here, your mind will be clear, your body stretched and energized and your soul aligned.

The Yoga & Meditation Segment also prepare you Mind, Body & Soul for an optimal Sound Bath.

There was once a woman who I knew to be very timid and afraid of her own power.
Her smile hid the years of pain she carried of her shoulders.
She did for everyone not learning to do for herself.
She had dreams but was afraid to live them because the people around her had no faith in her.
Family cursed her from the day she was born.
Always told she’d amount to nothing.
That she was a mistake and shouldn’t have been here.
Little did they know that she was EXACTLY where she was supposed to be at that exact time and every moment after that.
She was broken. But I knew I had to fix her.
She was lost. But I knew how to get her on the right path again.
She was afraid that all the things spoken into her life would manifest. I had to manifest greatness by removing the generational curses that were bestowed unto her.
I remember that woman.
I REMEMBER that woman.
I prayed for her. I fought for her. I believed in her. I started healing her.
She needed to have the courage to believe SHE was the one worth fighting for and not all the others she invested her time in.
I manifested greatness for her because she couldn’t do it for herself.
I connected her with her higher self because she IS a QUEEN and she does have power!
She could change the world if she wanted to! It was up to me to make her believe that.
You see that woman?
That woman is me and I am her. .
