Do you ever stop and think about the emotional, practical, and relational responsibilities you currently carry.
Yes, Some responsibilities are genuinely yours; others may have gradually become yours (at home, work, etc) because you are capable, available, or uncomfortable watching someone else struggle.
I’ve been doing a lot of journaling lately, ESPECIALLY since Venus went retrograde in my sign (Scorpio).
So I’m sharing a few of the hard questions I’ve been asking myself on with yall!
Ask yourself:
* What problems do I automatically step in to solve?
* What emotions do I feel responsible for managing?
* What happens when I don’t intervene?
* Do I step in because someone asked for help, or because I feel uncomfortable allowing them to struggle?
* What am I afraid might happen if I stop carrying something?
The retrograde is asking us to reflect on our patterns so we can stop repeating loops. Will you answer the call? by @thenubeing

As the videos from my bday trip roll in I get in a big place of gratitude. I remember Jess asking if I wanted to celebrate my bday in Turks and I said yes. But the only thing was I didn’t want to plan a thing!

And that is hard for me because I AM that woman that has to plan everything!

I’m so happy all I had to do was show up. I was able to relinquish control and enter Soft Girl Energy. That’s all a girls really wants to do in life.

My lady went above and beyond! Starting with this incredible villa. If I never wanted to leave I didn’t have to. Everything was here and the beach was a 5 min walk away.

Jess, thank you for the most perfect trip ever. I woke up smiling every morning. And I’m still gasping at how intentional everything was.

I love you so much baby, 2S&B ✨
