In the spirit of Halloween…

It started as a fitness class and slowly turned into a survival challenge. 😭💀 The longer it went, the scarier it got. We came to burn calories… we almost met our ancestors. 😂🔥

🔥 DID I JUST FIND THE BEST STEP CLASS IN THE BAY AREA?! 🔥

Because this is NOT your average step aerobics. 😂 The music is 🔥, the energy is unmatched, the crowd is beautiful and diverse, and BABYYYY… you are going to SWEAT. 💦

And if you’re watching this thinking, “There’s no way I can keep up…” COME ANYWAY. 👏🏽

Everybody you see killing it started as a beginner. Give yourself a few classes to learn the moves, find the rhythm and build your confidence. Nobody is judging you!! we’re too busy sweating, dancing, hyping each other up and trying to survive. 😂💅🏽

This is fitness, music, community, GOOD ENERGY all in one room. 💖

Follow the Step page, grab your ticket and come see what the hype is about!

Yes yes I know you can have fun while having goals, but really locking in on your goals sometimes takes the fun out of it. And that’s ok! It’s worth it to me cuz now I have both!
