I’m honored to share that I’ve officially joined the Recording Academy’s 2026 New Member Class. ✨

This one feels full circle. I finally threw my name in the hat, and took my seat at the table. 🖤👑🙏🏽

From being accepted to Berklee College of Music at 17, to my first label job as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Universal Music Group Distribution’s Universal Music Mobile when the department was first being built, to later working across Warner and Disney, music has always been part of my story.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of representing both global superstars and independent artists in development — and what I know for sure is that every stage of an artist’s journey matters.

I’m proud to work alongside artists, creatives, executives, storytellers and culture shifters who help shape the sound and soul of our industry.

And as an artist myself, this moment is also a reminder to return to my own passion — to create, to contribute, and to use my voice in every way I’m called to.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of a community that supports, uplifts, advocates for and celebrates the people who make and shape music. I’m excited to contribute to the Grammy Awards process and be part of conversations that help move our industry forward with intention, integrity and impact.

Music is shaped by so many voices, genres, backgrounds and perspectives — and I’m proud to add mine to the mix.

The Essence of Influencing. 🥂⚜️ 🌹

In a room full of top influencers, trendsetters, culture shifters, and power players, I had a moment.

Not the kind where you shrink.
The kind where you remember.

I wasn’t just in the room with greatness.
I was there because greatness recognizes greatness. Authenticity. Ambition.

For a long time, I’ve known how to see the light in everybody else. How to amplify it. Position it. Tell the story. Open the door.

But this season is different.

This season, I’m owning the fact that I am the story too.

The woman in the room.
The strategist behind the moves.
The voice with depth.
The presence with power.
The one who doesn’t have to announce herself loudly because her energy already entered first.

Essence week reminded me that influence is not just followers, access, or proximity.

It’s presence.
It’s authority.
It’s alignment.
It’s knowing who you are before anyone else validates it.

And I’m starting to believe it on a deeper level:

I’m HER.

I don’t have 100k+ followers. It’s quality over quantity around here.

I’m STAY THAT B!+CH. 🏆 @warnerrecords thank you for taking care of my whole crew @iamluckydaye release party. We popped out to celebrate and 🎳 bowl with the best of the industry. Felt like a WINNER for wrangling 4 clients in one packed event.

We turned up on Lane 4 next to @iamluckydaye himself on Lane 5 and had a blast! 💥 @melissaxharvey @thegoldwinggroup won the night but left me with this trophy 🏆 to solidify the memories orchestrated!
