Celebrating FSI Founder & Executive Director🎉🥳 🎂

Today, the entire Future Shakers Initiative Team comes together to celebrate a man whose impact goes far beyond his title.

If there’s one thing that echoed across every birthday message from the team, it’s this: Mr. Tobiloba is selfless. He shows up, he leads, he listens, and he constantly challenges each of us to become better versions of ourselves.

Thank you for creating a platform where we can grow, learn, lead, and discover our capacity to make a difference. Thank you for trusting us with opportunities, pushing us beyond our comfort zones, and reminding us that leadership must always be rooted in integrity, purpose, and service.

Your investment in people is one of the many things that makes your leadership special, and we are grateful to be part of the journey.

Happy Birthday, @tobinolegend 🥳❤️
From all of us at Future Shakers Initiative, we love you, celebrate you, and appreciate all that you do. May this new year bring you greater joy, impact, wisdom, and fulfilment.

Ahead of the 2027 Elections, the Work Continues. 🇳🇬

As we officially flag off our “Vote With Sense” Campaign, we are deepening our commitment to grassroots engagement and meaningful civic participation.

We had a productive and insightful conversation with the Leader of the House, Apapa-Iganmu LCDA, Hon @arakunrinoflagos focusing on strategies to strengthen voter sensitization, education, and responsible participation across our communities.

Our discussions centered on one critical goal:
• Building a more informed, conscious, and active electorate.

Lagos is not just a state, it is a pacesetter, a center of influence, and a model for democratic engagement in Nigeria. The responsibility to lead starts with how we vote.

At Lagos Forward Network, we believe that the future of our state depends on citizens who are informed, intentional, and empowered.

2027 is not just another election, it is a defining moment.

Let’s rise above apathy.
Let’s engage with purpose.
Let’s #VoteWithSense

Under the able leadership of our Director General, @theoreafolayan , and in line with our mandate to strengthen communities through Youth Empowerment & Jobs, Skills Development & Innovation, Community Growth & Inclusion, and Policy Engagement & Thought Leadership, the Lagos Forward Network (LFN) held a strategic engagement with the leadership and management of Itire-Ikate LCDA, lead by the council Chairman.

The meeting centered on deepening the dividends of democracy at the grassroots and fostering meaningful conversations around active and responsible citizenship.

As part of this engagement, we introduced our “Vote With Sense” Campaign; a civic initiative designed to promote informed, responsible, and values-driven participation in the democratic process.

Democracy goes beyond participation, it requires informed choices, accountability, and collective responsibility. Through this campaign, we are committed to empowering citizens, especially young people, with the knowledge and awareness needed to make decisions that drive stronger communities and a better future.

This is more than a conversation.
It is a call to action.

🗳️ Vote with sense
🤝 Engage with purpose
🚀 Build the Lagos we all deserve
