Feeling so grateful for the weekend just gone. Was really starting to feel like I was missing the ocean and the waves, been missing Aus and Portugal alot the last few weeks, and my travel life, but this was a reminder that I can still have that lifestyle just not so often. Had the best time with some incredible women and so much fun playing traitors. Just shows that all you need is good people and nature around you. I love Cornwall so much! #newquaycornwall #southeastsurfsisters #surfing #livingmybestlife

Meet @finandflow 👋

India’s yoga journey began while studying Contemporary Dance at university, where she was first introduced to the practice. Since then, yoga has become an integral part of her life, leading her to train in Vinyasa, Yin, Pre & Postnatal and SUP Yoga (yoga on a paddle board!)

With a background in contemporary dance, India brings a strong understanding of movement and the body to her teaching. Her classes blend mindful movement with play and exploration, creating accessible and enjoyable sessions for all levels.

India has trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Thailand, SUP Yoga, Pre & Postnatal Yoga and Yin Yoga, and regularly teaches at festivals across the UK, including Wilderness, Latitude and The Great Estate Festival.

Alongside being a mum, presenter and content creator, India is passionate about nature, motherhood and mindful living. She loves heading off on surf trips with her family in their campervan and is currently working on her first book.

💛 India brings a joyful, grounded and movement-focused approach to her teaching, encouraging students to connect with their bodies, breath and the world around them.

🧘‍♀️ Catch her on Tuesdays at 6:15pm for Evening Unwind Yoga

@india_outdoors India so bravely spoke about her miscarriage and how difficult it was to go through that in a room full of people in an emergency department. With the added complexity of Covid and being your first time mum I’m just having a hunch that something wasn’t right. I think it’s so important that we share these experiences particularly the difficult ones because so many of them are going through these in silence. So many women are navigating miscarriage on their own. Someone is brave enough to open up about it. I am so grateful because I know that there will be a woman out there listening to who will benefit from hearing these stories. If this is resonated with you or someone in your life that you know is going through miscarriages and infertility please do send it their way. #birth #miscarriages #infertility

Today is going to be a scorcher! 🔥☀
Need some tips for keeping the family cool? Here are some of our local highlights:

🏖Sunny Sands: sandcastles, rockpools, arches for shade, shallow shore for paddling, @tikis_barandkiosk behind the beach (up the steps) and a public loo is also here.

🧜‍♀️Mermaid Beach: access to the coastal park, toilets, parking, and @mermaidsfolkestone . The revamped playpark opens THIS FRDIAY, so access to here will be a huge bonus!

🛶 Sandgate Beach: a wonderful stepping stone between Folkestone and Hythe with lots of local eateries, public loos, @theboathouse_sandgate on the front, and as it is a shingle beach, the waters can be so clear. Just be mindful that there is sometimes a steep drop at the shore, depending on tides.

⛵️ Hythe Beach - we spend many a warm morning or evening here. Calmer, especially near the shelter of the rocks, @cafeonthebeach with ublic loos next to it, @loafbythesea and this long stretch of beach never feels crowded.

☕️Coffee n Chill: @steep_street is air conditioned, serves amazing iced teas/coffees, huge cake slices, buttered crumpets (plus so much more on the menu), and the chalkboard tables are a hit!

🦆Park, play, and dip @kearsney_parks is a go-to summer place for us! Shady walks, ducks to feed, playgrounds, cafe, loos, and best of all, streams to paddle in!

🧘‍♀️Sensory cool: @thelittlelighthouse.sensory rooms are air conditioned, loved by babies/toddlers, and such a calming space. Group or sole hire options. @notioncoffeelounge is next door!

🌳Woodland Walks: forests are always cool, constant shade, and the kids love exploring. Lyminge & Poulton are our top two. Local forest clubs & holiday clubs are great to keep primary age kids busy for the day. Check out @ro_forestoaks @step_out_live_life not far from Folkestone.

🏊‍♂️ Outdoor pools: @paddlingpoolwalmer is a shallow, cold water pool that is free, right on the shingle sea front, next to mini golf, refreshments & toilets onsite, plenty of grass to set towels/rugs up on. Bring some shade if you need it as it is limited. @favershampools has a large outdoor pool, rapids, and a toddler splash pool.

You may already be aware that our lovely Susanna is beginning an exciting new adventure and will be moving to Canada. 🇨🇦 While we’ll miss her so much, we’re incredibly excited for everything that lies ahead for her.

With Susanna’s departure, we’ve made a few changes to our class timetable. It’s also given us the opportunity to refresh our schedule, and we’re excited to share these updates with you.

Take a look at our new timetable to see what’s changing—we hope you’ll find a class (or two!) to join. We can’t wait to see you in the studio. 💚

What a beautiful evening at Hester's Vineyard in Brabourne, Kent.
Perfect weather, stunning surroundings, and such a calm, positive atmosphere from start to finish. We enjoyed yoga with India @india_outdoors , deeply relaxing sound baths with Christie @christie.anicca , and Danny's @the_little_sauna mobile sauna added something really special to the experience. Hester @vineyardbrabourne looked after everyone with refreshments and her incredible wines, and it was lovely to be there with Fox & Bloom skincare too.
These are the kinds of evenings that remind you to slow down, connect, and simply enjoy being present. Such a great vibe, wonderful people, and a real sense of community.
Already looking forward to the next event in July—and hopefully many more to come. What a success this one was.
