Its been a busy few days since I flew back in from AZ. I wanted to give this post my full attention when writing something and not rush it just to post asap after the show.

To start I want to say how grateful I am to have the opportunity to be able to coach someone like Logan. Not just because of how teachable he is or how he never makes excuses to stick to the plan 99% of the time no matter what life or I throw at him lol.

But because of the example of a man he is with all he's been through in his past, all he carries on his plate and still eager with taking on the challenge of competing in a new sport. All while taking care of his amazing family and showing up for everyone around him.

We've made amazing progress the last 2 years since his last comp. Considering his hieght of around 6'2-3" we managed to get his X-Frame to really start taking shape and can do really well in Classic Masters with some more size and density as we go.

@mrsbearfrank84 & @thepapabear_85 you guys are amazing and the perfect example to me of how life may not be perfect but 2 people can really do amazing things while raising 2 amazing kids in this crazy world if you just keep showing up for eachother everyday. Thank you guys again for allowing me to stay with your family while I helped him peak for his show. Until the next one💪🏽

Logan, we are SO freakin proud of you! 💪❤️ We know how much dedication, discipline, and straight-up suffering went into getting ready for this show. We know it hasn’t been easy, and we’re pretty sure you’ve been dreaming about this meal longer than most people dream about winning the lottery. 😂🍔🍟

When you look at how far you’ve come since your very first show, it’s incredible to see how much you’ve accomplished. The growth, the hard work, the sacrifices, and the determination you’ve shown along the way are something to be proud of. This journey takes a level of discipline most of us could never imagine.

You are strong, but your support system is stronger… and apparently very committed to making sure you never have to eat alone again! 😂 We’re so proud of you, how far you’ve come, and everything you continue to push yourself to achieve. We’ll always be in your corner, cheering you on through the hard days and celebrating every win right alongside you. Now go enjoy that food coma- because you’ve definitely earned it-you tan sexy beyotch❤️
