Your seven-minute voice message has me taking notes like there’s a test at the end. 😂

I care about every detail. I just need a table of contents and time to prepare my responses.

Somebody you love sends these. Let them see what’s happening on the other end. 😭

Someone in your life needs to see these 9 seconds.

This Mindset 101 clip shows a perfectionist and an action taker, side by side on a studio set, each working on a ladder.

Share it with the person who came to mind first.

Before I got sober, I wrote a letter to a future version of myself I wasn’t sure would ever exist.

Fifteen years later, I’m the man I was writing to. I read it out loud for the first time.

I’m sharing this for anyone who cannot yet imagine a life beyond addiction, grief, trauma, or whatever is convincing you this moment will last forever. The life you cannot picture yet may still be waiting for you.

Share this with someone who needs to hear it today. Today is the last day of Recovery Month.

If you’re struggling, call or text 988 (U.S.).

Every couple has a calm one and a chaotic one. Share this with yours. 😂

ADHD vs Non ADHD in the kitchen: one person calmly rolls the dough, the other turns it into a flour storm. October is ADHD Awareness Month, and laughing together is a great place to start.

Share it with the person who would happily take the rolling pin back.

You know it hurts, but you keep holding on.

Sometimes we let people stay out of love, fear, history, or hope that they’ll change. But pain that repeats isn’t love. It’s a wound kept open.

Healing starts with letting go of what keeps cutting you, even if it once felt like comfort.

Share this with someone who needs the reminder today.

“Other people had it worse” doesn’t mean you have to keep struggling alone.

When we talk about childhood trauma, these are five possible experiences worth understanding:

1️⃣ Unwanted memories of painful events.
2️⃣ Avoiding people, places, or conversations that bring those events back.
3️⃣ Nightmares or difficulty sleeping.
4️⃣ Trouble concentrating.
5️⃣ Difficulty trusting people or accepting support.

None of these proves what happened in your childhood. They can have other causes, and this list cannot diagnose PTSD.

If these experiences are disrupting your life, a qualified mental health professional can help you understand what’s happening.

You don’t owe the internet your story to deserve that support.

For someone who has been searching for the words, this might be a place to start. ❤️

“I should be over this by now.”

If you’ve been saying that to yourself, this is for you. ❤️

Watch the glass all the way through. Somewhere between the overflowing water and the soaked counter, there’s a reminder I want us to hold onto:

Don’t judge your whole story by its messiest frame.

There’s room for the progress you’re proud of AND the things that still hurt. You deserve support through both.

Send this to someone who needs a little less pressure to be okay today.

This is a judgment-free support group for people whose curiosity occasionally outruns their common sense. 😂

The Mondayest Monday that ever did Monday.

I put everything back on the shelf. It fell again. And suddenly the shelf and I had a personal problem. 😂

This is me, completely candid on @marcopoloapp this morning. Apparently, you all needed to be part of this conversation.

For everyone who has already said “you have GOT to be kidding me” today, I’m right there with you.
