At 7 DAYS Active, we believe an active life is about more than movement. It’s about balance – body, mind and soul. In our monthly series “My 7 DAYS Active”, we invite inspiring people to share how they stay active throughout the week.

This month, we spoke with @theperformancelab.mt , whose week revolves around Muay Thai, strength training and running. As a Thai boxer, movement is more than a workout - it’s a way of life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“Discipline is what drives me. Discipline is what keeps you going morning after morning, night after night, in order to invest in yourself and your long-term health.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For him, staying active is essential for both physical and mental well-being. Whether training alone, pushing his limits in the gym, or stepping into the ring, movement provides focus, strength and balance.

2 days to go. 🔥

Today we explored some of the small, beautiful places of La Palma.
This island is pure paradise.
It has its own rhythm. Its own vibe.
Real paradise energy.

But today was also about something bigger.

We connected with the team we’re hosting the seminar with like-minded people with the same passion and the same fire.

Because building something real isn’t only about technique.
It’s about relationships.
Energy.
Shared vision.

Grateful to @lapalmajoa and Pedro Hernandez @vkrgim_ for making this happen.

In two days we work.
And we build.

See you soon. 👊🔥

Dejligt at se dig igen ⚡️

Tak for i dag @teamryberg !

Until next time!
