This was a call ☎️ for help, and we responded. On September 11, Bruh’s Healing Brothers: The Journey to Psychospirituality brought our community together for honest conversations about mental health, trauma, grief, faith, identity, relationships, and healing. One of the biggest pieces of feedback we received was: “We needed more time with the panel.” And that’s a good thing, because 9/11 was never meant to be the finish line. It was the launch. For those who couldn’t make it, stay connected. More Town Halls, therapist-led breakout sessions, conversations, and opportunities for healing are coming. We also don’t want this work confined to one building. We want to come to your environment. Schools, churches, colleges, community organizations, youth programs, educators, professors, leaders, and families. Wherever these conversations are needed, we want to create space for them. And to everyone who showed up, thank you for showing up for yourself. Let’s continue to lead by example for those who may still need guidance, support, or simply permission to begin their own healing journey.
