Another performance from the Lord, a space of black men healing. I was not the center nor the focus, I got to serve , I got to be in the background , I got to follow.

I love when God surprises me and stretches me ! He is doing everything He said he would , the surprise is in the how!

I would like to thank @bruhshealingbrothers @favblktherapist @renniee.c for having me ! I am grateful to have participated in a much needed space for our men.

I created the C.A.S.T. Anxiety Cards for the moments when anxiety feels louder than truth.

As a therapist, I’ve seen how powerful it is when we combine practical tools with the Word of God.

One of the reasons so many women stay stuck is because they are trying to solve a problem they have not slowed down long enough to understand.
We rush to fix. We rush to pray. We rush to move on.
But sometimes healing begins when we finally pause and get honest about what is actually happening beneath the surface
You cannot fight what you refuse to identify.
This conversation challenged me because it reminded me that God is not intimidated by our thoughts, our fears, or our struggles. He invites us to bring them into the light so He can help us walk through them.

There are women carrying anxiety and carrying guilt about having anxiety.
They are exhausted from fighting the battle and exhausted from judging themselves for being in the battle.
What if the energy you are spending condemning yourself could be spent healing?
You do not have to earn God's compassion. You do not have to prove your strength. You do not have to pretend you are okay when you are not.
God already knows where you are. The question is, are you willing to bring it to Him?
