Today, October 5th, The Argyle welcomes the team from Kaito del Valle to Chelsea.

Led by Claudia Cabrera, Kaito draws from the energy of Japanese izakaya culture, bringing together Japanese flavors with a distinctly Mexican point of view. Currently ranked #25 in North America’s 50 Best Bars and powered by an all-female bar team, Kaito brings that perspective into The Argyle’s subterranean space for one night.

Together, the teams will present a special menu connecting Mexico City and New York, powered by Bacardi, accompanied by food from Chef India Doris.
