Yes, I took this from an older television show, and I’m using it as an extreme example of obesity. Here’s the thing, we have levels (numbers) that suggest a definition of obesity, but that just 👀 numbers. To me obesity is simply feeling shit 😵‍💫😭🤔🤠

Did humans and mastodons coexist? Mastodons and humans definitely overlapped, and there’s solid evidence humans hunted them for food. They lived at the same time! Mastodons Mammut americanum roamed North America until about 13,000 to 12,700 years ago, while humans were already here. The earliest well-dated evidence puts humans hunting mastodons at least 13,800–13,900 years ago, which is about 800-900 years before the famous Clovis culture. Did humans hunt them for food? Yes, and we’ve got the receipts: The Manis Mastodon site, Washington state ∼13,900 years ago. A mastodon rib was found with bone projectile fragments embedded in it. CT scans showed the fragments were from a spear point made from *another mastodon’s leg bone*. - The bone had healed around the wound, meaning the mastodon was alive when hit and got away initially. - Researchers think it was either killed later by hunters or died naturally and was scavenged. - This is the oldest direct evidence of humans hunting megafauna with bone weapons in North America. 2. Other pre-Clovis kill sites Two mammoth kill sites in Wisconsin dated to ∼14,200 and 14,800 years ago also indicate pre-Clovis hunters. 3. Blood residue on stone tools A 2023 study found Proboscidean (mammoth/mastodon) blood residues on Clovis spear points from North and South Carolina, showing early Paleo-Americans were processing mastodons/mammoths ∼13,000 years ago. That suggests hunting or at least butchering.

94% of paper receipts contain a chemical linked to hormone disruption. Cashiers carry 2 to 6 times the levels in their blood. Three everyday things multiply your dose: • Hand sanitiser (research suggests up to 100× absorption) • Moisturiser (same amplifier) • Eating after handling. 🤔 Given a balanced diet, deficiencies can still pop up. Common ones include: Vitamin D: Limited sun exposure or dietary sources. Magnesium: Stress, meds, or low intake can deplete. Iron: Especially in women with heavy periods. B12: Vegans/vegetarians might need extra supplementation. Omega-3s: Not enough fatty fish or meat-based sources. Potassium: Often low due to low intake. Zinc: Soil depletion can affect food sources. Even if you think you have the perfect diet, you need to have it every single day, based on the fact that these essential nutrients are water soluble, like C and B vitamins, they don’t stick around long. They get excreted in urine if not used by the body. That’s why consistent daily intake matters! My HydraActiv has the following ingredients and the purchase link below: Cyactiv 300mg Magnesium Glycinate 250mg Sodium 250mg Potassium 190mg Vitamin C 100mg Niacin 18mg Zinc 10mg Pantothenic Acid 6mg Vitamin B6 2.5mg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 1.6mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) 1.2mg Folic Acid 200mcg Biotin 80mcg
