And The Postcard Reads…..

A morning of giving flowers, to yourself and the runners around you.
To stop and enjoy the moments of the work you’ve put in.

Not worrying pace and speeds, but appreciating the space you are in currently.

Everyone’s battle is different and that’s the beauty in individuality. We all run a different race.

Be strong and be curious in your journey. Because when you continue to push yourself the work will always show.

Huge thank you to @thepostcardatl @sherunsthisofficial @thebluepot.flowers for hosting our community of runners and friends.

Happy National Coffee Lovers Day! ☕️

If there’s one thing I love about traveling, it’s finding the good, local coffee spots.

So in honor of today, I put together 10 of my favorite coffee shops I’ve visited while traveling—because apparently collecting coffee shop recommendations is another travel hobby of mine!

And if you have a favorite coffee shop from your travels, drop it below because I’m always looking for my next one! 😋

What does your perfect Sunday morning look like?☕️

Are you up early for Pilates or pickleball, grabbing coffee and heading out for a walk? Or are you sleeping in, meeting friends for brunch, or spending the morning at the kids’ sports fields?

One of the things I love about Atlanta is how different the lifestyle can feel from one neighborhood to the next.

And when you’re thinking about where to live, it’s not just about finding the right house. It’s about finding a neighborhood that fits the way you actually live.

From Sandy Springs and Dunwoody to Buckhead, Brookhaven, and beyond, there’s something for everyone.

Swipe through to see which Atlanta neighborhoods match your ideal Sunday morning! And tell me in the comments — which Sunday sounds most like you?

🍵📸☕️The Postcard☕️📸🍵

My husband’s turn to pick our weekend coffee date led us to Postcard Atlanta, which he found on Reddit… and I’m honestly glad he did! ☕️

Postcard is known for their matcha, which in all fairness… is just not really my thing. Even so, I have it a try for round one and ordered a matcha. I have to say, it was probably the best matcha I’ve ever had. Still not my cup of tea (literally), but if you’re a matcha person, you NEED to try it!

For round two, we switched to lattes and WOW. Both were amazing, but the black sesame flavor?! Absolutely incredible!

The shop itself is on the smaller side, and I didn’t notice any high chairs or bathrooms, so I’d say this is probably more of a grab-and-go spot or a cute kid-free coffee meet-up than somewhere I’d plan to hang out with Rellie for a while.

One of my favorite little touches was the photo machine!!! Such a fun, unexpected addition and definitely made our coffee date feel a little more memorable.

Overall, The Postcard is a really fun little coffee stop, especially if you’re a matcha lover or want to try something a little different!

Started my day of eats @thepostcardatl matcha is the highlight but they have some really tasty coffee beans and pourovers. Next I headed over to the Ponce city market @five_daughters_bakery to taste the 100 layer donuts. They reminded me of a good cronut. Tried the Salted caramel apple, maple bacon, s’mores, strawberry, plain and pumpkin. All delicious! Next stop was @fitforacookie
Tasted the hot vanilla bean chocolate chip cookie. It’s like a cookie on top of another cookie. You have a normal chocolate chip cookie and then topped with another scoop of dough in the middle to create this crunchy outer cookie base and soft chocolately gooey deliciousness middle-top. Big enough to share but good enough to indulge alone.

The last stop was @holemanandfinch to taste the happy hour mini double cheeseburger. It was like two smash burgers with crispy edges, thinly sliced red onions, dill pickle and a soft bun. It was a solid choice to end the day.
