POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

You’ve got the dream. You’ve got the plan. But if you’re trying to carry the vision without healing, here’s what starts to happen:

1. Procrastination creeps in—not because you’re lazy, but because the weight of unaddressed wounds makes every step feel heavier.
2. Perfectionism takes over—you’re trying to control the outcome because something inside still feels out of control.
3. Burnout hits hard—because you’re pouring from a place that was never meant to stay empty.

This isn’t about calling anyone out—it’s about calling us in.

❓What’s one sign you’ve noticed when you’re out of alignment with your healing?

Let’s reflect together, dreamers. The journey isn’t just about building the vision; it’s about becoming whole enough to carry it.

This keeps the conversation flowing while prompting deeper reflection. How’s that feel for today?

I can’t let another day go by without testifying & honoring what I know God is doing.

Something happened to me on Monday.
Not a big fanfare type moment. Not a viral post. But a God orchestrated interruption.
A quiet, bold move of God that said,
“I see you. I’ve been watching. And now—it’s time.”

An direct affirmation…The kind of affirmation that couldn’t be manufactured by networking, striving, or showing up in the “right” rooms… because I wasn’t even in the room🙌🏾

But my name was.🙋🏾‍♀️🙌🏾😭💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

And I need you to hear me when I say:

I don’t post here and not walk out what I preach—I’ve been abiding. Not just praying, but obeying. Not just dreaming, but staying in place. Not just posting, but living this thing—in the quiet, in the tired, in the unseen.

And now… the Vine is responding.
Not with loud thunderous applause, but with evidence. Not all at once, but faithfully. Steadily. Surely.

We always hear folks say,
“God will have people speaking your name in rooms you’ve never stepped foot in.”
And I’d nod. But deep down, I didn’t know if that was for me.

I used to say amen with my mouth
but wrestle with doubt in my heart.

But THIS WEEK?
God did it.
And He didn’t need my presence to make it happen. He just needed my posture.

“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches.
Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit…”
—John 15:5 NLT

So let me encourage the one who’s been weary in well-doing… The one who’s been quiet, consistent, and wondering if it’s even worth it:

Don’t you dare move. Don’t you rush it. STAY.
He hasn’t forgotten you. Your obedience is building momentum! And your name is already in circulation. 👏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾

This post isn’t hype.
It’s hope.
It’s proof.
It’s your answer to keep going.

If you feel this I want to couple my faith with yours—type “I’m staying” or drop a 🍇 here!!! We in this thang👏🏾🙋🏾‍♀️

It stops with me: Generational Health for Generational Healing!

This one is personal. It’s layered. And it’s full of the kind of truth that shakes something loose in your spirit.

In this upcoming episode of The Audacity to Heal, I sat down with Wellness coach and International speaker Precious K. Williams, and let me tell you—this conversation was divinely timed. We talked about what it means to break cycles, to confront what we’ve inherited, and to choose healing—not just for ourselves, but for the generations coming behind us.

We’re not just talking about wellness from a surface level. We’re going deep—into faith, family patterns, cultural expectations, and the audacity it takes to say:
“The struggle ends with me… and healing begins here.”

If you’ve ever felt the weight of being the strong one, the first one, the one who’s trying to do things differently—this is for you.

Tune in Sunday, April 6th at 7:00 PM CST on Facebook or YouTube @theaudacitytohealpodcast
The audio will be available on all podcast platforms the following week.

Let’s heal forward, together.

The enemy’s agenda is clear—to kill, steal, and destroy ⚠️. And one of the biggest things he wants to steal? Your time with the Father ⏳—because in His presence, we find rest, answers, and peace ✨.

📖 “Come to me, all who are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

God isn’t waiting to shame you for how you come to Him. Whether you’re praying 🙏🏾, reading 📖, or even resting 😴 in His presence—He welcomes you. It’s time to let go of the mindset that puts Him in a box and embrace the freedom to seek Him fully.

🎙️ SNEAK PEEK – SEASON 2 PREMIERE 🔥

“Let endurance have its perfect way… so you may be complete, lacking nothing.” – James 1:2-4

Healing isn’t a sprint—it’s a refining process. And if you don’t allow God to stretch your faith and build endurance, you’ll burn out before you reach the finish line.

In this episode, Roslyn Postlewaite, LCSW reminds us that healing is part of the race—not something separate from purpose, but the very thing that makes carrying the vision sustainable.

✨ How do you keep going when the process feels long?
✨ What does it mean to be refined instead of rushed?
✨ How can you trust God when the journey doesn’t look like you expected?

This Sunday, we’re talking about all of it. Because this year? We’re not just dreaming—we’re aligning, we’re refining, and we’re healing.

The new year isn’t just about setting goals—it’s about alignment. But how do we make sure our faith, mental health, and purpose are truly in sync? This episode of The Audacity to Heal is all about stepping into 2025 with obedience, clarity, and a heart that’s ready for what God is calling us to do.

In this conversation, we’re unpacking:
🔥 Why unhealed wounds keep us from fully embracing our purpose
🔥 The role of obedience and surrender in walking in divine alignment
🔥 How refining seasons prepare us for what we’ve been praying for
🔥 The intersection of faith and mental health—and why we need both

My incredible guest, Roslyn Rene joins me for this powerful discussion, reminding us that sometimes the discomfort of obedience is what leads to our greatest breakthroughs. Healing isn’t optional if we want to carry the vision God has for us.

Are you ready to align your purpose with God’s timing? This conversation will challenge you, encourage you, and set the tone for how you move forward this year.
