EPISODE HERE: https://open.spotify.com/episode/2KTwCCDKZm5I2H11DQDbfA?si=wk5yabAWRxOVjW7KoNk0cA Welcome to the very first episode of the Pixels and Props Podcast! My first guest is Matt Munson, an incredible LA-based prop maker who has been working on a replica Superman Returns suit for almost 20 years. But that's not all—he pours his time and passion into flawlessly replicating some of Hollywood's biggest and most complex movie props. We had a fantastic conversation about how he started his monumental Superman project, the unique challenges he faced along the way, and what drives his dedication to the craft. Whether you're a seasoned builder, a superhero fan, or just love the magic of behind-the-scenes production, there is something in this episode for you. In this episode, we discuss: The origins of Matt's 20-year journey with the Superman Returns suit replica. Overcoming the technical and creative challenges of recreating Hollywood-level props.
