THE CODE Pressure changes everything. Growth begins when you stop allowing your emotions to dictate your actions. Your mind will always seek comfort. It will negotiate, create excuses, and convince you that what is difficult is unnecessary. Yet deep down, you already know what is right. The challenge is not knowing what to do, but having the discipline to do it when every instinct tells you otherwise. Your job is to know the difference between what you want and what you need to do. Do what you know is right, even when you don’t feel like it. Seek discomfort, not for the sake of suffering, but to become capable of more than you were yesterday. Adopt new habits. Embrace unfamiliar routines. Adapt to what challenges you until what once felt uncomfortable becomes part of who you are. Growth requires you to outgrow not only your limitations, but also the habits that keep you where you are. Work harder when necessary. Work smarter when possible. Be methodical, adapt, and eliminate what doesn’t serve the objective. Your emotions are yours to understand, not your masters to obey. The goal is not to suffer more. It’s to become better. Master your mind. Control your actions. Outgrow yourself. ——————————————-————————————————— SUPPORTED BY @supplementhousecy — Proud to have their support for the past 3 years. @limitless_biochem_cy — : Use code STELIOS10 for 10% OFF. @sm.coaching__ — Build the mind. 6 PLATES. For this specific clip, I’d use these 5: #ThePumpcast #BodybuildingGreece #FitnessJourney #LegDay #transformationjourney

🏆Behind every Pro Card is a story you don’t see on stage 🏆 For Shayne, earning IFBB Pro status in Men’s Classic Physique was the moment everyone saw. But behind that moment were the full-time careers, family responsibilities, prep, sacrifice, pressure — and Nicole, sharing the journey beside him. This Monday on Behind the Physique, we’re going beyond the win. What does it really take to pursue this level of bodybuilding while building a career, maintaining a relationship and still showing up for your family? And when one person is the athlete on stage… how much of the journey belongs to both of you? NICOLE + SHAYNE 🎙️ Behind the Physique — Vancouver Pro Edition 📅 Monday, September 14 ⏰ 6 PM PDT 📍 Instagram Live @vanproshow Turning Pro. Full-time careers. Family. And everything behind the physique. #BehindThePhysique #VancouverPro #IFBBProLeague #ClassicPhysique #IFBBPro Bodybuilding RoadToPro BodybuildingCouple ContestPrep
