Commonwealth Games 2026: 6.74m and I’m so proud. From not being ranked to #14 in the world!

3 years ago, I was on the brink of retiring prematurely. I couldn’t get into competitions, had no coach, and had no consistent place to train. I couldn’t see how anyone could build from this. My life in and out of my sport crumbled.

Instead of giving up, I doubled down on 3 core pillars:
Trust
Curiosity
Data

Those three pillars completely transformed my path. Today, I am beyond proud of the relentless work, patience, and discipline it took to build myself back up. I’m grateful for the people who never gave up on me as they help me climb! We cannot do this alone and I allowed myself to trust those who want the best for me.

I love what I do again and that’s what’s it’s all about 🫶🏾🇹🇹

Big love and sincere thanks to everyone who responded to our call and stepped forward to be part of the team that will be running and managing CariFin Games 2026. 🙏🏽🔥

Your skills, knowledge, experience, and leadership energy are exactly what we need as we rise to the occasion—filling gaps, strengthening our systems, and building the kind of management support that helps a movement grow.

Yes, 2026 will be a shorter, more compact season… but it will also be a special one. We’re celebrating 35 years of building on the foundation of Fun • Fitness • Friendship, and pushing it forward with our 2026 theme:

EVOLVE • EXCEL • EMPOWER 💥

To every volunteer, planner, coordinator, creative, and problem-solver who said “I’m in”… thank you. We’re excited about what we’ll create together.

Fueling the Future, One Bite at a Time 🥗🚴‍♂️ A huge thank you to nutritionist Ms. Iola Prieto for leading our Rigtech Sonics-sponsored nutrition workshop! 💙 Her practical, relatable advice made healthy eating feel achievable for riders and parents alike.
With attendees from across TTCF member clubs, the session was a resounding success—covering the essentials without going too deep, yet leaving everyone inspired to fuel smarter both on and off the bike.
As part of the workshop, we also conducted practical data collection for our riders, gathering key objective metrics to support their long-term development: 📏 Height & Weight 📊 BMI, Waist-to-Hip Ratio 💪 Body Composition, Body Fat %, Visceral Fat, Skeletal Muscle %
This initiative reinforces our commitment to holistic athlete care—combining knowledge, science, and community to build stronger, healthier cyclists from the inside out.
