Relax & Recharge with me at @therapyinmotiontt

I went for a lower body therapeutic massage treatment and I didn’t detox sauna! 30 mins in the sauna - cold shower - 30 minutes back in the sauna again

Recovery is so important and I’m starting to prioritize it for my body & wellbeing so I’m happy I found a place I can go and get my sports massages 💆🏻‍♀️

In the heart of this Cancer Awareness Month, we carry the memories of loved ones lost to this relentless battle, and we celebrate the remarkable strength of survivors. 💖🎗️ Each nail we paint carries a message of Hope, Love, and Resilience. Let us remember, let us celebrate, and let us unite in the fight against Cancer. 🙏✨
.
We would like to urge you to start by capturing a moment of Strength, Love, and Unity. 📸💪✨Join us in honoring the heroes in the battle against Cancer. Take a selfie with our Cancer Awareness Sticker on our wall to celebrate survivors, remember the ones we’ve lost, and uplift those on their journey to recovery. 💖🎗️ When you book a nail service with us, you’re not just getting pampered, you’re making a difference! Let’s paint the world with Hope, one selfie at a time. 🌟
I encourage you to come and be apart of this meaningful initiative at The Nail Palace & Beauty Spa By Jewel in collaboration with @therapyinmotiontt 💖🎗️
