POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes, we follow rules we never consciously chose, simply because that’s how we learnt life was supposed to be.🌻🌻

Maybe growing into yourself means asking which of those rules still feel like yours, and which you’re ready to let go of.✌️✌️

Therapy can bring up feelings you didn’t expect.
Anger, loneliness, relief, even excitement. Not because something is wrong, but because you’re finally looking at things you’ve had to carry for a long time.✨✨

And maybe feeling better isn’t about having fewer feelings. Maybe it’s about feeling more like yourself.🌻🌻

We’re all so quick to dismiss ourselves with a simple, “This is just how I am.”✨✨

But what if that’s actually just a story we’ve had very little reason to question?🌻🌻

Why do our patterns continue the way they do? What do they do for us? And, most importantly, what are they protecting us from?🌻🌼

That’s perhaps the real question.🌻🌻

What does your NUKOHI day look like? 🤎

Because we’ve noticed… no two days at the nook ever look quite the same.

One person is here getting a presentation done, someone’s deep in a client meeting, someone else is planning their next post. And then there’s always someone who’s just here for their coffee and a little time to themselves.

Different days, different drinks, different reasons for being here.

What are you usually doing when you’re at the nook? Let us know in the comments.

Maybe not knowing is part of the journey too.

We often rush to solve, decide, and figure everything out at once. But some answers arrive only with time, experience, and a little patience✨

You don’t have to have your whole life mapped out right now✨✨

Sometimes, the most meaningful thing you can do is take the next step and trust that clarity will meet you there✨✨

Clients probably don’t realise how often therapists carry these moments with them.

Not because of the achievement itself. But because we remember the conversations that came before it. 🤍

therapy isn’t only about the hard, it’s also about the shifts, the changes, the growth and the JOY. We feel so grateful to witness your joy.

There’s nothing “easy” about choosing to face yourself honestly✨❤️

Some people spend years running from their pain. Others decide to sit with it, understand it, and slowly unlearn what survival once taught them🌼✨

That takes courage most people never talk about✨

Mother’s Day can feel warm for some, complicated for others. 🤍
Not every mother-child relationship looks the way the world expects it to — and that’s okay.

Whatever this day brings up for you, I hope you let yourself feel it without guilt. Softly. Honestly. As you are.
