Therapy can bring up feelings you didn’t expect.
Anger, loneliness, relief, even excitement. Not because something is wrong, but because you’re finally looking at things you’ve had to carry for a long time.✨✨

We’re all so quick to dismiss ourselves with a simple, “This is just how I am.”✨✨

But what if that’s actually just a story we’ve had very little reason to question?🌻🌻

Why do our patterns continue the way they do? What do they do for us? And, most importantly, what are they protecting us from?🌻🌼

yep - it SUCKS. but not for the reasons you might think!🤷🏽‍♀️

every day I hope that this work can help people take a some of the blame out of themselves, and the oppressive systems lose a little bit of their power as a result. i know it’s a far dream but what is this work without our hopes and dreams 🤍🥺
