Some wounds aren’t loud—they’re inherited, normalized, and unnamed.
This Live is an invitation to see the mother wound with compassion and truth.

Let’s Talk Mother–Daughter Wounds

Join me Off the Couch with @therapywithmo a therapist + healing guide helping women of color interrupt inherited cycles.

We’re unpacking the quiet hurts we carry, the boundaries we weren’t taught to set, and what it really means to heal without losing ourselves.

We’ll explore:
✨ Early signs of an emotionally toxic dynamic
✨ How race & culture shape our ideas of “respect”
✨ Honoring mamá’s struggle while holding her accountable
✨ Healing without closure
✨ Mothering yourself in healthy, sustainable ways

🗓️ Tuesday, Dec 9 | 6 PM EST— we’re going there.

Healing our lineage is liberation.

Get In The Game 🎮 #DizzyShotThat
.
.
Half the year’s behind us.
Half still ahead.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it.

It’s never too late to lock in.
Never too late to change your pace, pivot your plan, or chase the version of you that’s been calling.
Take your breath, but don’t stall.
Clarity lives in motion. And your future responds to effort.

Start where you are. Start today.
Let the second half be louder, bolder, and more you than ever before.

First interview of the season is a MUST listen!! 🎧 It’s an NYC ➡️ ATL collaboration 🍎 🍑

My friend Mo @therapywithmo shared so much knowledge about why the mother-daughter relationship can be one of the hardest to navigate in life, and how you can work on healing and understanding each other better.

Make sure you check it out in iTunes or Spotify 🎙️ and tell us what you think!

It's always fulfilling documenting the joy and connections fostered at events, but it's even more special when I walk away a better person myself. Enjoyed working with @taraanicolas x @teatimecommunity for this community healing event.
