A September to remember! ✨

Started by pulling up to support and get grub from @iamapowerhousetiffineywilliams at her pop-up, then soaked up ALL the knowledge and inspiration at Amazon’s Ignite Live, including a special session with @peytonmanning, squeezed in a spa day, and literally ran into a session of @itiswhatitis_talk.

From there, my spirit was fed at @ctabchurch’s Bloom Conference, @therealdapcep
50th Anniversary and with much-needed quality time with my favorite girl sprinkled in. 💕

Working hard, feeding my mind, nurturing my spirit, and making time for what matters most.
I've learned balance isn’t about doing it all. It’s about being intentional with the life God has blessed me with.

A full calendar, a fuller heart, and so much gratitude. God is GOOD! 🤍

For DAPCEP's 50th Anniversary Gala, we created two connected experiences celebrating 50 years of impact.
"Step Into the Ripple" was an immersive photo moment where guests would feel like they were standing inside the 50-year legacy, while "Add Your Ripple" was an interactive wall inviting them to leave their own mark on what comes next.
Together, the two experiences gave guests a way to celebrate the legacy while becoming part of the story still being built.

A high school diploma doesn’t automatically translate into a stable job, and pretending it does leaves Detroit youth carrying the risk of a system that hasn’t kept up. 🎒🎓

🎙️ On the latest episode of the VVK Podcast, we sit down with Michelle Reaves (Executive Director, @therealDAPCEP), Jessica Hauser (Executive Director, @DBGDetroit), and Laila Bell (Vice President of Learning and Impact, @SkillmanFoundation) to dive into what workforce readiness looks like on the ground, and what it takes to build real pathways into careers.
