Only 5 of the DBA kids competed today at @fujibjj Richmond, and we were able to secure second place as a team. All of them are bringing multiple gold medals back home.🥇🥇🥇🥇

This incredible achievement is a testament to the relentless hard work, unwavering determination, and the remarkable teamwork exhibited by our talented practitioners. 🥋🙌

None of this would have been possible without the collective effort and support of our incredible team. To all our academy members and their families, THANK YOU for being the wind beneath our wings. 🙏❤️

We're excited to continue this journey of growth, resilience, and success together! 🌟💪🏾

December 2023 - IBJJF Europeans 🇮🇪

I prepared for this competition and gave it my best effort. Although I didn’t get the result I wanted, it was an enormous lesson for me - highlighting some of the details I need to work on.

Instead of flying to Ireland to collect a medal (only 2 others at my natural weight) - I opted to challenge myself to compete in a higher weight.

Big congrats to my opponent who showed up to scrap! Well deserved - hopefully we can run it back again in the future.

Regardless, I had a great time with the team, made some core memories, and got to hang with a lot of my BJJ friends from all over the world 🌎

This wraps up the 2023 season! It was the first year I took competing seriously and I’m proud of how far I’ve come 🙌🏻

BIG thanks to everyone who supported me this year - my team for the daily scraps, my coaches/mentors for blessing me with knowledge, my opponents for continually pushing me, and my sponsors for believing the dream 🙏🏻

I would not be here without all of your support.

As I’ve mentioned before - stay locked on this channel. I have some really cool stuff I’ve been working on since the summer.

I’ll be dropping it here in January 🤫

2023 was the warm up.

I promise 2024 will be even bigger 📈💯🙏🏻🔥🙌🏻
