Reaching a point where being loved, appreciated, seen, and heard means more than constantly chasing validation. 🖤 Awards and recognition are beautiful, but sometimes the greatest rewards in life are the blessings you prayed for when nobody else was watching.

After hearing “no” over and over again, it only takes one “yes” to completely change your world. That one opportunity can remind you why you kept going through every rejection, setback, and moment of doubt.

This message is a reminder to never underestimate a small breakthrough. Sometimes the answered prayer you’ve been waiting for doesn’t arrive loudly-it simply opens one door, and suddenly everything begins to change.

Work has kept me on the go lately but keeping good health and fitness is built into my DNA.

I have been fully committed to being fit and healthy for all my years on earth. Those who have known me forever, know of my ways in sports, fitness and healthy eating (both in choice and portion😆). Keep in mind that if the choices are right… the Nutritionist says the portions can be hearty!! 😉😉. Laughs aside, the key is to know your body and what works best for you! And, as this good man in the film tells us, OYB—Own Your Body!

@Orainebarrett it’s an honour to be trained by you and without doubt the mutual admiration and respect is evident anytime we are doing one of our favorite activities. Doesn’t meant I don’t get nervously excited to have a session with you!😆. @DG and @Hectorlincoln I know you would both agree that those years of training over zoom during the pandemic were the best. Our Sunday church!!
