A finished house is a milestone. But the best part comes after that.

It’s the moment people walk in, see their new space, meet the people around them, and a house starts becoming something more.

That’s what all the planning, construction, design, and operations are ultimately building toward.

Because for us, BananaSplit Club has never been just about the property.

It’s about community.

A house is only one piece of the puzzle. 🍌
What happens behind the scenes to turn a property into a professionally managed co-living home?
There’s a whole system behind it - from the property itself to the people, operations, and everything that keeps the home running day to day.
That’s the part you don’t always see.

Own the property. We do the rest.

Here’s how partnering with BananaSplit Club works: you acquire the home, and our team handles renovation, filling it with members, and full day-to-day management.

A clear path from an empty object to a fully managed co-living home - with a defined role for you as the owner.

🔥 WHY ARE INVESTORS PLAYING A BIGGER GAME?

What’s really happening in Arizona’s luxury real estate market?

Why are investors raising their price points, taking on bigger projects and making bigger deals?

And where are the opportunities before everyone else catches on?

Tomorrow night at PHX REIA’s The Rise of Arizona: Luxury, The Insider Forum, we’re bringing together some of the people who are actually operating at the highest levels of the market to talk about what they’re seeing, what’s changing and what’s next.

We’re getting into:
💰 Why investors are moving into bigger deals
🏡 What’s happening in Arizona’s luxury market
📈 Where luxury real estate investments are creating opportunity
🎥 How video is changing the luxury game
🤖 How AI is changing the way business gets done
🏗️ Why some investors are moving from buying properties to creating them

And we’re not just coming together to talk business.

❤️ BRING SOMETHING TO GIVE.

We’re collecting donations for ATR Activr Resource Services. Bring clothing, shoes, bottled water, canned or nonperishable food, or hygiene and toiletry items.

🎀 We’ll also be introducing @savesecondbasepubcrawl and sharing a special initiative you’ll want to hear about.

Come curious. Come ready to connect. Come ready to think bigger. Please bring something to donate.

How does an investor start with BananaSplit Club? 🍌

It starts with ownership. You own the property, while our team brings together the systems and operations needed to turn it into a professionally managed co-living home.

From finding the right property and coordinating renovation to bringing in members and managing day-to-day operations, the goal is simple: make the process clear and structured for the property owner.

Some parts of your past don’t just stay with you. They change what you choose to build next.
My experience in real estate taught me how deeply the loss of a stable home can affect someone’s ability to move forward. That realization has stayed with me, and it’s a big part of why co-living became so personal.
Today, with BananaSplit Club, I have the opportunity to approach housing differently - with stability, dignity, and community at the center of what we build.
Sometimes purpose comes from the things you wish you had done differently. 💛🍌

What makes a house actually work for co-living? 🏡🍌
For us, it’s not about squeezing in as many bedrooms as possible. It’s about creating the right balance between private space and shared life.
In our new house tour, Rahima and Vladimir take you inside a BananaSplit Club home in Phoenix and show the thinking behind the rooms, shared spaces, everyday amenities, and the community we’re building.
