I believe that when people are given safety, stability, and a real sense of community, they rise to the occasion.
That’s what we’re building at BananaSplit Club. A place where members can have their own private space, find connection, get back to work, and keep moving toward greater independence.
One of the moments that means the most to me is seeing someone reach the end of outside sponsorship and say, “I’ve got a job. I can take it from here.”

Just because you CAN turn every corner of a house into another bedroom doesn’t mean you SHOULD.

I’ve seen what happens when the only goal is to fit more people into a property. You end up with awkward layouts, tiny hallways, and barely any space for people to actually spend time together.

That’s not what I want to build.

I want homes where people have their privacy, where they can sit together in the living room, and where the house still feels like a house.

And I want the property to make sense for the investor long after we’re done operating it.

To me, that’s what good co-living should look like.

Sometimes the biggest change starts when you no longer have to go through everything alone.

I think there’s something healthy about more people having a real stake in the economy.

Comfort shouldn’t be treated like a luxury.

When we design our homes, I think about the everyday things most of us take for granted: privacy, your own bathroom, reliable internet, enough space to work, rest, and simply feel at home.

If someone is already navigating a difficult chapter in life, their environment shouldn’t make it harder.

That’s why we don’t approach co-living by asking: How many people can we fit into this house?

We ask a different question: How can we make this a place where people can live well?

That difference shapes the way we build houses.

One of my favorite parts of real estate is seeing what a property could become before it gets there.

Sometimes you walk into a place that needs a lot of work, but the location, the space, and the possibilities are all there.

That’s what makes projects like this so exciting to me. It’s not just about fixing a house. It’s about looking at the entire property differently and asking: what could we create here?

And yes, sometimes that vision includes enough room for a couple of goats. 😄

I don’t believe profit and purpose have to compete.

Of course, a business has to make financial sense. But for me, that’s only part of what makes the work meaningful.

What really fuels me is knowing that success gives us the ability to create value beyond the business itself. Money is a vehicle. What matters is what we choose to do with it.

That’s what we’re building with BananaSplit Club: a business that can be financially strong while creating meaningful impact at the same time.
