Styles Of Beyond / Co Owner of Maginn’s Irish Pub, Newhall, CA

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Maddy Maginn sat down to interview her parents about Maginn’s Irish Pub. The interview had other ideas. 😂

We had such a laugh putting these videos together that we couldn’t keep the bloopers to ourselves. Here’s a little compilation of our time together while we finish the real stories.

Love, the Maginns family. See you this weekend in Old Town Newhall and stay tuned for the final videos.

Appreciate everyone, especially the emcees and producers themselves who’s collabed, shared, commented or shown love, especially the legends with huge platforms who collabed when I was just starting like Royce, Denaun, Large Pro, Eto, Aida, Slaine, Sa-Roc and so many to name I am beyond grateful. Everything here is 100% organic. 💯

This is a one-man passion project between 2+ jobs, caring for special-needs family 24/7, and my own music. Nobody knows I run this page, and I’m not promoting myself till we hit a million 🫡 na mean?

I get countless requests for paid covers. TRM covers aren’t for sale (unless you tryna change our lives 😂), but I hear y’all. Something separate is coming where I can SHINE a light on up and comers and local legends who want their own covers🔥

Peace

@mitrapclub is joined by the one and only @therealryu, from Styles of Beyond and Demigodz! Live on the MIT Rap Club YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/mlAPYYqwSRc

We discussed a range of topics, including:
• How Ryu learned to DJ and rap (and how these affected each other)
• Are there shortcuts and “cheat codes” to rapping better—or is it just a matter of practice and keeping your pen sharp?
• How learning to produce changed how Ryu thought about sound
• Sources of inspiration and maintaining creativity as your career progresses
• Does writer’s block exist—and if it does, how can you move past it?
• The importance of discipline, focus, and keeping yourself from overthinking creatively

Follow @therealryu here on Instagram to keep up with what he’s dropping next!
