Three days. Countless miles. One incredible journey—from Newark, New Jersey, to the campus of Howard University. ❤️

To our riders: THANK YOU. You pushed your bodies, tested your limits, and gave everything you had to this ride. But your impact went far beyond the miles you traveled. You also showed up in a huge way as our top fundraisers. Your commitment, determination, and heart made this journey truly special.

To our incredible SAG crew: none of this would have been possible without you. You kept our riders safe, hydrated, fueled, encouraged, and prepared—both mentally and physically—for every mile ahead. You were there when someone needed pickle juice, a massage, motivation, or simply a reminder to keep going. Your care carried this team all the way to Howard.

Saying “thank you” simply doesn’t feel like enough.

And this is only the first of many thank-you posts, because a journey like this is never accomplished by one person or one group. It truly takes a village. There are so many people who gave their time, energy, resources, love, and support to make these three days possible—and we intend to celebrate you all.

For now, enjoy a look back at the miles, the moments, the determination, the laughter, and the people who made this ride unforgettable.

Newark ➡️ Howard University. Three days. One village. One unforgettable ride. ❤️🚴🏾‍♀️🚴🏾‍♂️

Sundays are for REST. Because you deserve it! 🌸✨

Our hearts are so full after spending Sunday slowing down, reconnecting, and filling our cups together at Rest Fest 2026. ☺️

From the beautiful yoga flows and healing reiki energy to the joyful dancing, creative moments, and peaceful naps under the sun at Chambers Plaza @njpac was truly glowing with pure magic.✨

A massive, heartfelt thank you to our amazing sponsors @north2shore , @choosenewjersey , and @njpac . This event’s success would not have been possible without your generous support and partnership!

To our wellness marketplace vendors, partners, and every single soul who helped create this sanctuary, thank you for making space for rest, healing, and community. 🫶🏽

And to everyone who showed up exactly as they were and shared their beautiful energy with us! We couldn’t do it without you!

We hope you walked away feeling a little lighter, deeply nourished, and gently reminded that rest is productive and play is medicine.
Until next time, keep choosing rest. The Rest Fest team loves you! 💗✨🧘🏽‍♀️
