Even opgeladen. Headset in. #wellbeing #eventdesign #breathwork #medewerkersdag #corporateevents #uwv #meetinginbalance #relaxdome #wellnessentertainment

Some moments show you what becomes possible when people choose to come together. Last Friday was one of those moments. Dany and I guided our very first group session with sixteen people. The biggest session either of us has ever held. And what unfolded in that room touched me far deeper than I expected. Sixteen strangers. Sixteen different stories. Sixteen people who chose to open up and share an inner journey side by side. And because everyone allowed themselves to be vulnerable, something happened that you can only feel in a group. An energy that carries you. A softness that expands when it is shared. A kind of healing that reaches deeper when you realise you are not the only one who is holding something. It was beautiful to experience how naturally Dany and I were able to combine our strengths. How our ways of guiding blended into each other. And how together we could hold such a powerful space for so many people. It felt like everything aligned. Maybe that is also why our very first collaboration sold out. The power of coming together works in both directions. On December 19th we will do this again. We will be guiding the Healing Ancestral Lines journey at BlueBirds in Haarlem, one of our favourite 9D journeys. A beautiful reset before the new year. A moment to explore what you have inherited from those who came before you… and what you no longer need to carry ❤️‍🩹 We have room for eighteen people this time. And if there is one thing I learned last Friday, it is that something truly special happens when that many people open themselves to healing at the same time. If you feel called to join us, you can sign up through the link in my bio. We would love to share this journey with you 💛 #9dbreathwork #breathwork #ancestralhealing #healing #somaticbreathwork #groupsession #healingenergy #mindbodyconnection #emotionalrelease

I’ve got exciting news to share with you 🤍 Next week, Dany and I will be guiding a 9DMT Breathwork session together in Haarlem, and we’re both really looking forward to it. From the moment we met, we instantly connected and it felt more than natural to collaborate. We both teach from the same place: presence, depth, and a genuine wish to guide people back to themselves. On Friday 21 November, we’ll be co-hosting a 9DMT journey at BlueBirds Yoga & Welzijn Haarlem. This session brings together breath, multidimensional sound and shamanic influences to support you in releasing emotional weight, reconnecting with your inner world and accessing deeper layers of awareness in a grounded and safe way. Whether breathwork is new to you or something you’ve explored before, this journey offers a powerful way to work with your inner world through your breath alone. We’re really excited to hold this space together and guide you through an evening of release, clarity and inner transformation. 🗓️ When: Friday 21 November, 19.30 to 21.30 📍 Where: BlueBirds Yoga & Welzijn Haarlem Rozenstraat 5, 2011 LS Haarlem If you feel called to join us, you can sign up through the link in my bio or send me a message if you have any questions. What’s the difference between a 9D Breathwork & a "regular" Breathwork? Ever wonder how 9D Breathwork stands out from "regular" breathwork? Here’s a little breakdown: "Regular" Breathwork: Traditional breathwork techniques focus on deep, intentional breathing to calm the mind, reduce stress, and bring balance to the body. It helps to: Improve mindfulness Relieve stress and anxiety Boost overall emotional and physical health 9D Breathwork: Now, imagine breathwork enhanced with multisensory elements like: Binaural beats and therapeutic sound frequencies Vibrations that resonate through your body NLP guidance 9D Breathwork creates a fully immersive, transformative journey, taking you deeper into your subconscious to release blockages and promote healing on a whole new level. Why try 9D Breathwork? Powerful emotional release Deep relaxation and healing Heightened awareness and connection to self A profound mind-body-soul experience Curious to explore this next-level breathwork journey? Join us on Sunday 19th May for a special & conscious continuous breathing technique: 9D BREATHWORK Led by Dany @thereconnectedland You will experience a combination of multidimensional sounds & frequencies, binaural beats, and NLP guidance. It will help you reduce your ego mind tendency, the DMN (Default Mode Network) in your brain, also known as the "monkey mind." We will then switch your nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic, giving the space for your somatic healing to come up with whatever needs to be. Letting you go on a journey through your subconscious layers and being able to discover what surprises it has for you along the way. In other words, the BREATH is the bridge between your conscious and unconscious, between mind and body, and here, you use it to create an environment and open space to communicate with your subtle layers. Whether it's time to process and heal something, to feel, see, or hear messages, or to strengthen your true essence and connect with a greater source, with your own supply, with your own intelligence that is already inside of you. Either way, be sure to have a boost of energy, a clear mind, reduced anxiety, burnout, and a balanced nervous system. Book your spot via the Eversports app.
