The plating was beautiful, the flavors were phenomenal. I’m so glad we finally got to meet and experience what you and your team have created. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

@euphoriagreenville was legit a couple days for the books. Met lots a cool people and had lots of great experiences. Making new friends and building new connections is so important in the game we play as chefs. Greenville, SC is such a beautiful city, next year is already in my calendar.
@euphoriagreenville is a days long food forward festival in the heart of the south and the organizers knocked it out of the park, literally.
A big thank you to my guy @matejap37 for making the journey, always much appreciated brother.
Really awesome spending a couple great days with the hometown hitters @chefdmcgarity & @weeksinadaze as well, looking forward to what’s next fellas!
‘Til next time…
*side note, @lewisbarbecue is worth the drive alone…
