❤️WORLD HEPATITIS DAY 2026
Breaking Down Barriers to a Hepatitis-Free Future

On World Hepatitis Day 2026, we join the global community in raising awareness of viral hepatitis and promoting prevention, early testing, vaccination, and treatment. This year's theme, "Hepatitis: Let's Break It Down," reminds us to remove stigma and barriers that prevent people from accessing life-saving care. Together, we can educate communities, encourage regular screening, and support those affected. Every action brings us closer to eliminating viral hepatitis as a public health threat and creating healthier, stronger communities for all.

You showed up today.

You handled pressure.
You solved problems.
You carried more than most people saw.

Rest is not weakness. It is biology.

When you live in constant stress, your nervous system stays in fight or flight. Cortisol remains elevated. Your heart stays slightly alert. Thoughts loop. Sleep becomes shallow.

I know that feeling. Living on edge is exhausting.

Serenium was created for that state.

Gentle piano. Warm ambient pads. Soft night atmosphere.

Designed to help shift your body from stress mode into parasympathetic calm.

Slow sound patterns can help:

• Lower heart rate
• Reduce stress hormones
• Support natural melatonin release
• Slow breathing
• Increase relaxation brain waves

You do not have to earn rest.

Close the laptop.
Stop scrolling.
Put your headphones on.

This is deep sleep music for:

Insomnia relief
Anxiety calming
Stress recovery
Night meditation
Emotional reset

If your brain learned survival early, that is not your fault. But you do not have to stay there.

Let your body feel safe again.

Serenium is now streaming.

🌌 "Even in the darkest nights, there is light." 🌌

In Saskatchewan, nearly 1 in 5 youth report struggles with anxiety or depression — and many feel like they have to face it alone. Across Canada, 1 in 4 young people have been diagnosed with a mental illness, with almost half of these challenges beginning before age 18.

This photo of the Northern Lights, taken in northern Saskatchewan, reminds me of hope. Just as these lights shine through the darkness, we can come together to support our youth, raise awareness, and help them find their way to brighter days.

✨ Let’s be the light someone needs. ✨

Let's talk about the unseen impact of Mental Health providers in business 💪🏽

Behind every thriving business, there are moments when strategy alone is not enough, when leaders, teams, and clients need more than just guidance; they need support. As a consultant and executive coach, I often step beyond the boardroom into conversations about mental health, helping clients recognize the impact it has on their decisions, leadership, and workplace culture.

Today, on National Mental Health Provider Appreciation Day, we honour those who make that support possible. Whether offering therapy, guidance, or simply a safe space, their work shapes both individual well-being and business success.

Here at HillBridge Consulting, our Client Experience Manager Jubilee (that's her in the video) embodies this mission, advocating for mental health through her foundation @thereginamhfoundation ensuring those in need find the help they deserve. Her work reminds us: seeking support isn’t a weakness, it’s strength.

To the professionals who heal, listen, and empower: we see you, we appreciate you, and your work matters not just in personal well-being but also in the business world.

Thank you!

We're thrilled to spotlight two remarkable NMH partner organizations - @surpinng and @_sunshineseries - that are doing incredible work in this area and we can't wait to learn from their experiences!

On this World Suicide Prevention Day, we come together to shine a light on a crucial issue - the need to decriminalize attempted suicide in Nigeria.

Those struggling with their mental health are often further burdened by the fear of legal consequences. But we can change this.

Join us in signing this petition for legal reform. Link in bio.

By taking this action, you are advocating for a more compassionate approach to those facing mental health crises. You are saying that they deserve support, not punishment.
