Such a dream to teach outside this Summer at the @thereissomethingmore weekend retreat! 🌾

It was such a peaceful weekend of reflection with camping, fun activities, talks and seminars and worship. Getting to teach the sweetest bunch of people Pilates each morning really filled my heart with joy. Thanks so much for having me!! 💛✨

🍄 my third Something More Weekend! My first one was 4 months after coming to Christ and it’s so cool coming back every year and reconnecting with people I met that first year - it’s literally the highlight of my summer 💖 Girl laughing standing on a bridge looking at the pond next to her

Stuart and Sarah have had the loveliest weekend in Stratford providing medical cover for the Something More Weekend!❤️

We absolutely adore this event - wonderful people, delicious food and enough laughter to make it feel much more like a weekend away with friends than actual work!

Sarah is still very pleased to officially qualify as a young adult (and will absolutely be using this fact to her advantage for the foreseeable future!).

Meanwhile, Stuart has been in his absolute happiest place. Despite being slightly older than most of the crowd, he’s made plenty of new friends and has spent a considerable amount of time doing what he does best…chatting!

Good people, full bellies, happy hearts and plenty of laughs. What more could you ask for?

One more session to go tomorrow morning before pack down and goodbyes - until 2027, Something More Weekend!❤️

A few of our 18-30s escorted an aging vicar to the @thereissomethingmore Weekend. A blessed time of Bible study, worship, good food, and community.

I’ve almost finished this journal from @thereissomethingmore ! Initially I got in my head about it (naturally) and had a bit of the blank page fear. Once I started I realised it didn’t need to be themed or perfect, it was just a space for me to actually read the bible, digest it, and remember it in a visual way. I’ve always struggled to find a way to read scripture without just going through the motions. I’d recommend these journals from There Is Somethjng More, they’ve helped me slow down and think about what I’m reading. I actually look forward to sitting down with my journal and a cup of tea now, because I’ve found a rhythm that works for me ✨☕️.

We’re excited to announce that in the summer we’re doing a few get-togethers for our young adults 🍔⛺️
We think it’s really important to get as many of us together as we can and to get some momentum for future young adults stuff from September onwards 🔥

Sign up to the BBQs through the link in our bio (@amblecoteccyoungadults) 💕

Thought I’d share a few bits and bobs I’m appreciating at the start of this year. What about you?

Four of the five were Christmas gifts — thank you friends and fam, you know me so well 🙏

Lately, I’ve been so enjoying returning to a good, quiet rhythm with God.

Unrushed mornings.
Scripture read slowly.
Truth written by hand.

I’ve been spending time with a new One Year Devotional from Something More, copying Scripture into my Grit and Virtue journal, and then praying through what I’m learning about Jesus. Nothing complicated. Nothing showy. Just space to listen, notice, and respond.

It’s reminded me that quiet time isn’t about keeping up or getting it right.
It’s about returning.

Returning to His presence.
Returning to truth when my thoughts wander.
Returning to rest when striving creeps in.

I have a feeling "return" will keep grounding me this year — like a compass when I feel disoriented, or an anchor when I start to drift. A gentle invitation back to what matters most, and to the One who never moves.

There is such grace in coming back.
Again and again. 🤍

What helps you return when life feels noisy?
