~ HANDSTANDING HALF DAY RETREAT ~ I’m running a half day retreat at the beautiful @theresetrooms in Crouch End on 23 January. It’s now open for booking via my bio link 🌟 The first half of the afternoon will be a workshop length flow yoga practice based around handstand. If you are new to this fun but daunting posture this workshop is for you: we’ll gradually work our way to towards it and then experiment with using either a wall or a partner to help you get there. If you’re more experienced there’ll be space to try different variations of this shape. This workshop is for you if you’re keen to learn more about handstanding but are nervous bit don’t know where to start. You *do not* have to be able to already balance on your own in the middle of the room 🤸 Then after a break for tea we’ll wind down with an hour of restorative yoga - the perfect complement to turning upside down. Expect to leave relaxed but invigorated 💫 I’m not sure how to say this without sounding bigheaded, so here it is: we expect this event to sell out. So if you’re keen you know what to do… And if I’ve sent this post to you it’s because you asked to know when my next retreat day was open for booking 👀

Such a lovely morning at the Reset Rooms in Crouch End, North London last week; capturing this fab mum & baby event in THE most beautiful of settings! A big thank to Lucy from @themumclubharingey , and to Becky the founder of the stunning @theresetrooms for having me! I really love capturing events like this, where I can quietly capture the atmosphere and the little gorgeous moments between the mums and babies ❤️. I try and go about as unobtrusively as possible so that you almost forget that I’m there and can focus on having the experience you came for, not a camera shoved in your face! If you’re a small business in North London and you’re planning something special soon; a workshop, class, launch, team day (you get the picture! 😅) please get in touch, I’d love to capture it for you! How gorgeous are these photos from our September Wellness Edit?! 💗 An afternoon of reformer, sound bath, sauna and cold plunge, but more than anything, a few hours for our mums to slow down, move their bodies and enjoy some time for themselves ✨ Babies came along for the ride too, with plenty of cuddles, playtime and helping hands while our mums got the chance to relax, reset and connect with each other. Such a lovely afternoon with a lovely group of women. Thank you to everyone who joined us 💕 Also a big thank you to: 🧘‍♀️ @theresetrooms for hosting us in their stunning venue 📷 @helenlynchphotography for these gorgeous photos 💆‍♀️ @thuan_massage for helping our mums relax with mini massages during the sound bath 👶 @thebabysittingcollective for looking after the little ones 🍪 @milk.it.bakehouse for the delicious cookies 🍓 @tysjuicebar for the smoothies 🥐 @gailsbakery for the pastries Can’t wait to do it all over again next week x
