Some of August’s musings—been sitting in the drafts for a nice lil minute..a perfect reminder of how unforgiving time is in the midst of sudden and despondent changes and how imperative it is to stay in tune with the core of you thru it all.

🔅My core radiates all things enjoyable, pleasing to the senses and soothing to thine heart. Even the challenges I face have some kinda joy in it even if it’s just the joy of choosing my peace in the midst of present chaos. And I’m forever grateful to be the type of person to find love everywhere I find myself bc love is the guiding light at the core of my being.

Cheers to creating space to share another collection of my reflections. 🥂💗✨

Extreme gratitude to @truthprojecthtx for allowing me to bring @theresetsessions_ to A Vibe Called Rest!! This is my third year playing sound bowls for the festival, and to see what it has grown into is deeply fulfilling.

To my black folks looking for healing spaces that reflect you, there are SO many practitioners & organizations that are doing the work. Make sure you connect with actual community because you’ll discover more people are aligned than you think.

@iamkevindapree, thank you for prioritizing rest and continuing to show up for community in real ways 🫶🏾🌟.

Yesterday I hosted the first ever Reset & it was amaaaaaziiing!! This is the start of a sustainable community & I’m so grateful to be the vessel to initiate it. I’m not really one to publicly reflect on my healing offerings, so I got a few attendees to tell you how it went 😊😊😊.

Thank you to every soul that came out last night. Thank you to @seshcoworking for allowing me me to host in your beautiful space!
