The most important part of The Reset is the conversations we have. Before I ever play a sound bowl, be we connect through questions like these. The purpose is to dig deep and really confront your reality. More often than not, the person you talk to has an answer that you need. Watch to hear one of our visitors share her response!

If you’ve been wanting to try something like this, or next session is September 29th 🌟. by @theresetsessions_

I made a commitment to sharing more of what are sessions look like beyond a few quick videos, so.. Here’s a little bit about me & what The Reset is about. Everyone who attends knows this is a really down to earth experience. Hopefully you feel the vibe 😝.

Still on a high from this past Reset! It was a full circe moment in so many ways. I was reminded that saying I’ve committed to something for a year means more than a time frame. It’s means that I didn’t give up and I continued to press forward!!

This practice began with me being afraid and doing it anyway. My hope is that by being real & authentic, you’re able to see yourself in me. I want to show you that you can do it too!

QOTD: What do you need/want to commit to?
p.s. I coincidentally wore the same exact outfit as the first session!! Crazy right? by @theresetsessions_
