💁‍♀️Caturday, Sept. 12th

I met “Claudia” in Jersey City at the lovely home of a foster family.

Claudia was from the streets of Newark & grabbed by Keri, founder of @tinytigersnj

I met keri over the summer at a pet adoption event here in Montclair. I liked her. My gut said, adopt from her organization.

She & Jacinda had 2 kitties in mind for me: Claudia & Ryder. Ryder was at a foster family in the big apple. I had thought I wanted Ryder over Claudia from the photos & videos…. Ryder looked very similar to Charlie! They encouraged me to meet both.

I met Claudia first.

💘I ended up falling for Claudia & did not want to torture my heart meeting Ryder.

♊️Claudia turned 2 in June. I adopted her this past Sunday, the 20th.💖

My intentions were to rename her Cashew, but after time with her… Claudia stuck. I simply changed it to Clawdia because her nails were razor sharp. 💅I will be giving her a mani in the coming days.

Charlie Baby remains at my soon to be ex’s and he’s giving him much love & attention as he battles health issues. I visit them twice a week. It breaks my heart that I left our family unit. But I had to.

Anyway, more photos of Clawdia to follow 💕

STEPS AWAY. 🍸

What if your favorite neighborhood restaurant wasn’t across town… but right outside your front door?

At Starling, The Roxy brings the best parts of a night out a little closer to home — beautifully crafted cocktails, dinner worth lingering over, and a space made for good conversation and even better company.

Located at the base of Starling in the heart of Bergen-Lafayette, The Roxy makes spontaneous drinks, date nights, dinner with friends, and “let’s just grab one” nights especially easy.
Because where you live should be about more than what’s inside your apartment.
Good food. Good location. Real connection.
All just steps away.

Thank you to my friends for making me feel so special and celebrated 🎂✨And to @lawrencekochoa for planning the entire weekend ♥️

Big shout out to @theroxy_jc for their incredible hospitality. Their staff is incredible, warm, and attentive. This birthday dinner was a surprise, and I couldn’t be happier celebrating in my own neighborhood. 🥂

Carousel also featuring @lesmizofficial at @radiocitymusichall (my favorite musical) and an impromptu dinner at @laicosjc 🎭🍝
