Stunning morning for the Cureageous 5k Fun Run! Proud to support breast cancer awareness, honor my Mom and other survivors, and remember those we’ve lost in the fight against breast cancer. 💖🏃‍♀️

Last night was the perfect evening for a run! Cooler weather, a beautiful sunset, and even better company. Thank you @on for allowing us to demo the Cloudmonster 3!

Ready to keep showing up, pushing my limits, and getting stronger over the next several months. Let’s see what we can accomplish! 💪🏃‍♀️.

Before Chapter 37 begins…

I want to take a moment to reflect on something that has become one of the most meaningful parts of my journey: The Runners Chat.

When I started this community, my hope was simply to create a space where women could feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated, regardless of their pace, experience, or where they were in their journey.

What I didn’t realize was just how much this community would give back to me.

As the founder, one of my greatest joys has been having a front-row seat to YOUR journeys.

Watching you run your first mile, cross finish lines you once thought were impossible, step outside your comfort zones, build friendships, and most importantly, believe in yourselves.

Every milestone, every comeback, every little victory matters. And getting to witness those moments is something I will never take for granted.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together, but even more proud of the women who continue to show up for themselves and each other.

As I prepare to enter Chapter 37, I’m filled with gratitude for every woman who has been part of this community, our amazing leadership team, and the friendships that have blossomed along the way.

The best part? We’re just getting started. 🥹✨

I cannot wait to see where your journeys take you, the goals you’ll accomplish, the finish lines you’ll cross, and the women you’ll continue becoming.

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your story while becoming such a meaningful part of mine.

The days are getting absolutely perfect for running. 🏃🏽‍♂️ Manifesting that the 100° weather is officially behind us for the year! 🙏🏽 Who else is celebrating this cooler weather on their runs? 👇🏽

So much fun at the @chevronhoustonmarathon kick off party! Enjoyed getting to know the different charities & sponsors involved in making this race so special. Even got to see a couple running friends (not all pictured)

Thankful for this beautiful community 🫶🏼

Sometimes the hardest part is putting those sneakers on! I fought in my head all day about getting this run done and so glad I didn’t give in. 🏃🏻‍♀️
