[NEW DATE] We’ve rescheduled and will have cooler weather 😎 Let’s flow among the trees ✨

We scheduled this later in the day to avoid the high temperatures 🌞

a mat/blanket/towel, if desired (we’ll be on grass)
water/sun protection
anything you need to be comfortable

No yoga experience is necessary.
Props/extra mats available (limited amount).
Free parking lot + nearby street parking.

Cost: $1-$10 sliding scale (no one turned away for lack of funds) Link in bio

structure:
intro (~10 min)
flow (~35 min)
connect (~25 min)

🌅 because sunsets are better shared 🌅

take a pause in your weekend to enjoy the sunset in community.

we all need more soft moments, don’t you think? Let this sunset circle on the bluff be one of them!

show up solo or bring a pal to sit and watch the sun dip behind the horizon. We’ll have connection questions and simple crafts so you can unwind, nourish your nervous system, and maybe even make a new friend!

come as you are, bring what you need to be comfortable ✨

We had such a fun time at last night's Intro to Improv: Free Sampler Class! Everyone dives right in, even those who shared how terrifying this was for them!

Our next Free Sampler is Wednesday, February 18!

Thank you to all those who joined for this year’s winter solstice! What a blessing to host the gift of your presence and to honor the Earth’s (and moon’s it turns out! 😂) rhythms and cycles with you. Until the next one! 🙌🏾😄💞❄️🌟

This Art Dialogue conversation is with a friend of mine, @thesaf who is a seasoned herbalist and yoga instructor.

I fully enjoyed chatting with her about holistic living and focusing on community building in her current home of Long Beach, California.

Billboard
HP Billboard Gallery: August 24
2nd Street at Keystone Avenue

Always late to the party, I wanted to express my thanks to @hpgalleries and everyone involved for having me out in Reno back in September. Love y'all and everything that you do! It was great seeing my big self, eating Reno's select burritos with the homies, and hearing some thoughts from the billboard's neighbors. Thanks friends :)

This is also a part of my ongoing 𝘈𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰 series.

This was my first time at the @donnajeanofficial in Sherman Oaks. I used to always drive down to the original San Diego location cuz it was one of my favorite places. I loved their brunch and had an intimate relationship with the Cast Iron Mac and Cheeze. But since the pandemic, I hadn't been to San Diego except once so it's been a real long time since I've had it. And the menu has always changed with the seasons so I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there. But my favorite thing was these fancy garlic fries with that marinara/ketchup hybrid sauce. They had a name for it but I don't remember it. All I know is that sauce is drinkable. And when the server picked up that plate and took the leftover sauce, I was devastated. I wanted to use it for my pizza crust but by the time I realized it was on that plate, it was too late. Anyways, have yall been? What did you think? Do you think different locations could taste different? Why do you think that is? #wuw #WonderfullyUnhealthyWednesdays #vegan #donnajean #veganpizza #unhealthyvegan
