october flow + connect is live! these monthly(ish) gatherings have a simple structure: mellow yoga, paired with curated questions/activities to get to know fellow attendees.

[NEW DATE] We’ve rescheduled and will have cooler weather 😎 Let’s flow among the trees ✨

Queer Scouts LB x SOFT / EVEN / STILL present FLOW + CONNECT.

This is a gathering for connection: to ourselves, to each other, and to nature. Part yoga class, part community social, we’ll gather with the intention to slow down and tend to our softness, together. If you’re looking for a low-pressure way to meet new people, this is for you! We scheduled this later in the day to avoid the high temperatures 🌞

Please bring:

a mat/blanket/towel, if desired (we’ll be on grass)
water/sun protection
anything you need to be comfortable

No yoga experience is necessary.
Props/extra mats available (limited amount).
Free parking lot + nearby street parking.

Cost: $1-$10 sliding scale (no one turned away for lack of funds) Link in bio
