I invite you to join me for a special evening of remembrance, reflection, and connection.

Together, we’ll create a communal altar honoring the people, animals, and ancestors who have shaped our lives. Bring a photograph, a family heirloom, a handwritten recipe, or another small object that reminds you of someone you love. Each offering will become part of a shared space celebrating the stories and traditions we carry with us.

We’ll then move through a gentle heart-opening yoga practice, and a guided meditation, creating space to reflect, reconnect, and simply be.

You don’t need a yoga practice or any particular spiritual beliefs to join us. Just bring yourself and, if you’d like, a piece of a story you want to keep alive. 🤎

Officially taking the leap: I’m starting my 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Self Studio this spring 🥹🤍

After three years of consistently showing up on my mat, this feels like divine timing. I wouldn’t want to take this next step anywhere else.

@theselfwithcassie thank you for creating such a beautiful space that feels like home. A place where like-minded people can come together, connect with themselves and each other, and feel supported as they grow. I’m so grateful to be part of it.

In our ongoing Yoga for Anxiety series, we explore different pathways to regulate the nervous system each week.

This week, we are focusing on The Root Chakra (Muladhara)—the ultimate antidote to a racing mind. We will slow everything down with grounding asanas, low-to-the-earth Sun Salutations, and steady postures to anchor your nervous system and restore physical stability.

Autumn gives me a reason to pause and ask: What has actually come to fruition? What do I want to gather and carry forward? What can I stop tending? I’m finding that part of this season is learning when to keep growing something and when to let it rest. I’m working to give myself more permission to see balance

Heres the October calendar, w/spaces to gather, learn, move, reflect, and enjoy what this season has to offer. I hope these gatherings give you room to tend to what is asking for your attention, spend time in good company, and make space for whatever brings you closer to life

Instagram Live on October 7th about Heart Weavings Retreat. @chynnadee will be going live on Instagram to share more about our upcoming retreat in Guatemala and why we continue to create spaces where individual healing, relationship, and community can meet.

Meet Me at Sunset with @cindybynature and @chynnadee at The Beckoning Path in Armonk, NY. A lovely evening to explore the fall landscape together as the light changes and make space to experience the beauty of this season.

Sunday Sound + Cacao continues at @thestretchyoga , our favorite monthly Sunday evening to come together, settle in, and be nourished by soundbath and cacao.

Transformational Breathwork + Cacao @theselfstudiony in New Rochelle. We’ll explore pranayama more deeply and consider how these practices can become part of our relationship with cacao.

Our last community hikes of the year with @simplyerikapaige at Rockefeller State Park. The foliage should be nearing its peak, and we’re looking forward to being out on the trails together enjoying the beautiful color! 🍁

Cacao + Tarot Readings , the night before Halloween, creating a little space for reflection, curiosity, and whatever this threshold of the season brings up.

We continue to be grateful for the spaces that continue to believed in well-being and community connections. Each one offers a different way to meet this season.
