A quiet little moment at our Heath House project. This stunning vintage dressing table was a lovely addition to our clients bedroom. The linen wallcovering is to die for!!! I'm obsessed with how tactile and soft it makes the room feel.

The most amazing week! My book came out, we had a little celebration with family and friends and I’m just going through the pics I’ve been sent (as I managed to only take about two pics!) and smiling from ear to ear. It was totally perfect! My book was number one in three interior categories yesterday and has a bestseller tab on Amazon too! I put my heart and soul into this book and it’s so nice to hear all your lovely feedback!! Would be so grateful if you have time to write an online review as that bumps me up the list too! Happy Saturday everyone, if you need me I’m still half asleep in bed! 🤣

We learnt so much doing this project, head over to our blog post for more info. It took us much longer than we expected but hard work pays off 💪

We completed this project back in March 2020 just before COVID hit the UK.
It’s been sat in our drafts all this time and we’re so pleased we are finally sharing it with your all! You can read all about it in our blog on the website.
I’d love to claim that this is a room in my house, but it belongs to @thespacemaker_interiors and I actually have no idea if it is still there today! What we do know is it is one of favourite projects for sure 💕

How it all began..
The night before our very first day of Interior Design Masters I bumped into Peter & Paul in the lobby of the holiday inn carrying portfolio cases and even though we were not supposed to 🤫 we snuck out for dinner together. It was a fab evening and put us all a little at ease - fast forward nearly 2 years and we had an impromptu night out in Manchester and we laughed all night long.
Personally the only truly good thing to come out of that whole tv experience were the people I met and the friendships we formed ❤️
This music choice is inspired by a night dancing on Manchester’s Canal street 💃🏾🕺🕺
Thank you @moneypennyinteriors @thespacemaker_interiors for a fab night xxx

In perfect company 🥰

There is something very special about the interior design community. We love nothing better than getting people together for food, drinks and product updates in gorgeous surroundings. This time at the ever so fancy @hotelgotham

Someone once asked me if it was 'awkward' getting a lot of designers together since they are in effect competitors. But nothing could be further than the truth. It is a community and everyone feels like a colleague and cheerleader for each other. We couldn't be happier to be part of this happy bunch of professionals. 🥰🥰

Thank you to @oracdecor_uk @bobo1325 and @omexcowallcoverings for joining us.

It’s renovation time! 🏡

Pondering our new extension & how it could look, after seeing this gorgeous double vanity in @tikamoonuk

Thanks to my sis-in-law @clairejboland for pulling together a mock-up for us, to help me visualise.

When we originally renovated this house (we did the whole thing), we were rushed into a lot of decisions about layout & design… & we got it wrong in some rooms.

So this time round, we’re informed, having lived here for 4 years & know how we use these spaces! I want to spend more time considering the design. I want to get it right this time round!

So the extension… essentially a floating box added to the side of the house to extend the existing bathroom 🚽 into a double bedroom for our son & to house our new main bathroom. There’ll also be the addition of a cloakroom/boot room downstairs.

Hopefully the build will start soon 🤞🏼

Any advice? Any mistakes to avoid?

{tagging some of my fave interiors buds & accounts who I know have nailed it!}
