Meet Jazz & Blue!

I’m excited to bring my yoga practice to the farm for Hooves & Harmony, a special wellness fundraiser supporting Jazz, one of the horses at PS Wellness that I have the pleasure of helping care for.

Join us for an afternoon of hot cacao, mindful observation of the horses, intentional journaling, and a gentle yoga flow surrounded by nature.

Sunday, October 25 | 2–3:30 PM
Sunflower Home Farm | Upper Marlboro, MD

General Admission: $25

Up Close with Jazz & Friends: $50, donate a little more and this ticket includes a special feeding and/or grooming experience with Jazz and Blue.

Can’t attend? You can still contribute to Jazz’s care with donations starting at $10.

Register or donate through the link in my bio/comments

Come enjoy a little rest, fresh air, and time with the horses while supporting a meaningful cause.

R.E.S.E.T. on Marion Barry Avenue || a collaborative wellness experience designed to give participants an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and reset their energy through movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection with horses curated by @thestandfoundation__

Grateful to be able to hold space and provide a creative outlet for the community with Cuts Hut 🛖

Though the weather posed a challenge this day, community banded together to make this a memorable event. Always interesting how it inspires us to lean in to help each other more, to have more patience, to be mindful and in awe of its power.

Was great working alongside @browneyedgirlyoga @bold_yoga_collective and @pswellness.me

We’re excited to see you today. You’re welcome to arrive as early as 9:30 AM to check in, get settled, and ease into the experience before we begin at 10 AM.

Come ready to pause, reconnect, breathe, and R.E.S.E.T. 💚

See you soon!

This Friday

Sept 11th from 5PM to Midnight

on Penn Ave East Main Streets Corridor

we outside, for 4 The Love of Soufside: A Griot Trailride experience! 🤠💃🏽

🐎 Come ride with us — from L’Enfant Square SE to the 3200 block of Pennsylvania Ave SE — as we spotlight the living libraries of Soufside.

If you live, work, or play in Ward 7 — DM us to share your 2-minute story or volunteer with us. Your voice could be the next living library.

For the Love of Soufside isn’t just a ride — it’s a homecoming. And just as much a part of who we are — horsemanship and line dancing, two traditions recently brought together, riding and moving as one on this stretch.

📖 Exiting Ridas 🐎
Our current ridas are riding in curator mode — tagged and spotlighted below — helping bring these stories to life.

🛍️ 40+ vendors and counting — Soufside businesses are the heartbeat of this community, and we want the world to know it.

🎟️ FREE RSVP — Drop a 🐎 below and we’ll send you the signup link. RSVP required to win prizes/contests.

🤝Want to help bring it to life? We’re calling for community — sign up to volunteer now. 🔗
Saddle up. 🖤

What a beautiful event by the @thestandfoundation - It was inspiring to see the community come together and connect with the horses, bees, nature, and so much more.

Congratulations to Pennie and her team for creating such a meaningful experience and bringing everyone out on this beautiful day. Opportunities to connect with animals, one another, and the natural world are truly special.
