One year after the fire we still need your help! 🧡🚨

As some of you might know, our Studio at 1849 Danforth Ave. got on fire almost year ago, but we decided to keep going and keep creating art fearlessly even against all odds. 🎨💪🏼

After one year we still need your help!

Sadly we temporarily closed our Danforth location. Since opening our temporary location at 2229 Kingston Rd. Unit A, we have been incredibly grateful for the warm welcome we have received from the Scarborough community.

From neighbours stopping to introduce themselves, to families discovering Fresh Paint Studio + Café for the first time.

But we still need your help! 🧡

Because we started in this new location with a new reality, getting the community to know us and trust us.

If you know us and have great memories with us creating art together come to say hi and book a paint night, if you don’t know us explore our creative offerings and book a session, you will have a blast 100% guaranteed!

After one year this is worth every struggle we have faced, from uncertainty to 0 bookings on a weekend, because we believe in this project.

We still need you!

Indoor season is coming and it is time to book your next fall or winter favourite activity, and start creating art fearlessly! 🎨🍂

We would love to see you in the Studio!

Book online at freshpaintstudio.ca or click the link in bio.

@thesteban is a Mexican-Canadian artist based in Scarborough whose work explores the Gothic, drawing from spiritual and folkloric traditions to delve into the darker, often unseen parts of ourselves.

Through painting, writing, and filmmaking, Esteban uses his work to bring these hidden experiences into the light, creating space for deeper understanding, connection, and healing.

His practice also extends beyond his own work. Esteban is passionate about community storytelling and mentorship, supporting youth as they explore their own creativity and healing journeys.

We’re excited to screen Esteban’s film Hemorrhage at CinéQ during Block 2 on Sunday, Aug 23rd at @jayucanada

🎟️ Grab your tickets through the link in our bio!
